New powers have been unleashed in golden throne forum!!!

And we are cleaning up the spam that is floating around. Holding a watchfull eye, and deleting posts or topics that cross the fine line.

I have to say I think GT is okay. The langauge is a little vulgar and somtimes the jokes are coarse but is still has its high points, and funny moments. Every once in a while a look over the new comics.

I have only looked at the forum once and have to say that it seems that everyone there has severe ADD, no offense selezen or Siwoc.

I no longer remember what i voted but on the one time i visited the forum i looked at the last page and it had absolutely nothing to do with the original subject.

The comics aren't terrible but I don't really find them funny. And as such I don't really want to go to the forum. Although I don't realy have anythign against it either.

I used to read Golden Throne every day.

It's a tad hit and miss - it's either realy, really funny or kind of falls flat on its face.

The grammar is pretty terrible, though :wink:

I didn't like Golden Throne that much. Heard about it from a game store employee at a meet, sounded good. To tell the truth I liked the guest comics better than the normal ones. Still, a few good strips. I think it has a bit too much game-store-empoyee stuff and not enough stuff about 40k. All the ones that were "space marines with funny names, necrons trying to dress up as humans," I loved. The other ones, nuh-uh. Meh.

Same here, i didn't really like the regular comics but some of the others were pretty good. I liked the emporor ones and the geust strips as well. Not nearly as good as Turnsignals or (none WH40k) Dog Eat Doug or Beaver and Steve, those are great!

Why is it that so many Warhammer 40K players/fans can't spell Emperor? It's the single most repeated word in the damn genre!!! it's on pretty much every page of the rulebook!
