introducing.... the imperial marine corps!

Postby sticky_like_cheese » Sat Sep 01, 2007 7:12 pm

yeah so i decided to convert my new guard army into something origional, i hope, and went with a marine theme. I was gonna make the royal marines commandos but the SA80s would be a bugger to model, so i went with the M-16s. when i paint them i'm gonna add a slight RMC touch to 'em.
So here's some pics of them so far, not great quality but you can see 'em alright. modelling is going slow to be honest, i have 3 and a half finished out of 20 in my first shock troops box :P

Medic and marine:

marine again:

oh yeah, and when i'm done adding a few 40k touches to it, this will be my armoured fist chimera  :

Desert! Then you can bug your friends to create an Afrika Corps army, and you can do scenarios where you play as the Desert Rats.
Cleanse. Purge. Kill. -Space Marines
Kill! Maim! Burn! -Kharn the Betrayer

So alike, yet so different.
