Mr.Deus seems to think my "Bolter reaching out to fire" arm is a Black Templar.

The mechanicum logo is a Black and bone white skull, maybe that is where you are getting confused?

Sorry, I thought I saw chains on the bolter arm. So is it a guy clawing his way out of the hatch?

He's not clawing, he's come to the conclusion that by the time the heavy bolter has dealed with the threat it's targeting ANOTHER Threat will come too close, so he's grabbed his bolter and is now firing on them.

In rule terms it counts as a Stormbolter.

how can i paint my undivided banner center thing? it ethir skin or paper with the chaos undivided symbol on it (im not that good of a painter so i might massacre your idea)

It's not the undivided symbol in this case... but as it says earlier in the thread, I used a pencil to draw the design on first.
