You can get textured effects, and most hardware stores will do them.

However, for the aplication of that onto a mini... ergh... that'd be hard/nigh impossible

Ooooh.....nice job, but I think the scout heavy bolter is a little weedy for a full-sized marine....nice conversion though
I want to see him painted.
You may not see us
But we'll be there
You may not feel us
But you will care

Your shots will not hit us
We are shapes in the mists
Blink and you'll miss us

That heavy bolter does seem much larger in the hands of a scout...
you should even out some of that greenstuff under the shoulder (or do what I do, paint it red and call it a wound)

I just really detest the look of the SM one. It looks too bulky and awkward. This one looks a bit more like a SAW.

Which is always nice.

My army? I could squeeze 4-5k outta it, with beard.

However, since I restarted, I play 1250pts at the most. As i'm relearning how to play them.

P.S yes I am a BA player. Although most my lists are Codex Adherant. It's fluffed, so don't worry. And my PC is rubbish, so I hope you don't have it :P
