Technically not mine, it belongs to a freind of mine that i paint for.
While painting this i discovered an interesting way of creating a lifetime's supply of ink washes! Go to any art store and pick up some oil paints in a color you want to wash the model with. Buy a can of Laquer Thinner too.
Put a very small (corn cernel sized) dab of oil paint into an old cup, and fill the cup with a little lacquer thinner. This will make a nice ink wash for your model. You can make it thicker or thinner by adding more or less lacquer thinnner. Oil paints may seem to be expensive, but they are heavily pigmented so will last for a VERY LONG TIME. I used this technique for bringin out the details in the skulls.
