Well, you are free to use the red shirts in a strip although dont be surprised if the EPS actually rack up a victory.

if you cant see, they have blue armor over red fatigues and a variety of helmets
they are led by Generic Officer Tarkin
They do not use vehicles, as they are far too expensive but they have lots and lots of infantry. For tankbusting they clog the enemies gears with bodies.

Which is probably half of the battle tactics that the red shirts use. The other half being the bodies clogging the gears thing.

Their official battlecry is "A Pyrhhic victory is still a victory".
(btw, a Pyrrhic[not sure how to spell properly] victory is a victory when you technically win, but you take far too many casualties to actually fight again.)

Whether its their battle cry or not, that is definitely the psychology behind the vast majority of IG commanders...
